How long is the engagement?

This is a high touch coaching programme which is normally for 3 months with two sessions per month, but can be extended as required tailored to your needs.

Is this confidential?

All coaching sessions are strictly confidential and before the first session a coaching contract (ICF standard) is signed to professionally protect both the coach and client.
