What is The Leadership Hangout?
The Leadership Hangout is a facilitated leadership experience for senior leaders, founders, business owners, HR leaders and decision-makers who want something more meaningful than networking and more practical than inspiration.
It brings together a small group of leaders in a carefully chosen environment to explore leadership through conversation, reflection, challenge and action.
Each Hangout is designed around four core elements.
1. Clearing
Creating space to step away from the noise, pressure and pace of everyday leadership.
This is where leaders pause, reflect and ask themselves the questions they often avoid because they are too busy leading everyone else.
What am I carrying?
What needs my attention?
What kind of leader do I need to become for what comes next?
2. Connection
Leadership development is often too individualised. Yet some of the greatest breakthroughs happen when leaders realise they are not alone.
The Hangout creates meaningful peer connection through honest, facilitated conversation. Not surface-level networking, but real dialogue around leadership, pressure, change, people, purpose and performance.
3. Challenge
Every leader brings assumptions, blind spots and patterns of thinking.
Through facilitated discussion, live leadership challenges and peer insight, the Hangout helps leaders look at their reality differently. The aim is not to provide simplistic answers, but to create better questions, deeper insight and clearer choices.
4. Commitment
Reflection only matters if it leads somewhere.
Each leader leaves with practical commitments: a decision to make, a conversation to have, a behaviour to shift, or a new way of leading to practise.

A short keynote-style session from Paul Corke, designed to challenge thinking and frame the leadership theme for the day.
The Clearing
A guided reflective session helping leaders identify what is currently taking their energy, attention and focus.
Peer Dialogue
Facilitated small-group conversations exploring real leadership challenges, tensions and opportunities.
Leadership Hot Seats
A powerful peer challenge process where selected leaders bring live issues into the room and benefit from the insight, questions and perspectives of others.
Future Ready Leadership Lens
A practical exploration of the leadership behaviours, mindsets and choices needed for the future of work.
Commitment Lab
