You can have an online friend to chat and discuss your hopes, dreams and aspirations, or you can discuss the major challenges in your life. Want to talk about your latest travels, what is happening in your life or just have a chat?
Someone who listens to you...
Maybe you just want someone to listen or you have real tangible goals you want help to achieve...maybe it's a combination of all of them. Because thats what a FROACH is for.
How are the FROACH's qualified?
Our FROACH's are qualified coach's who have professional coaching qualifications recognised through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or Association for Coaching (AC) or equivalent coaching qualification. Each FROACHing relationship is confidential and set out under the FROACH coaching contract to protect both the client and the FROACH.
How does FROACHing Work?
Regular 60 minute conversations per week where at the start of the meeting you get to Stick, Twist or Shuffle!
